If we are what we eat then surely this becomes a sacred space for our bodies and minds. Playing a sport - any sport - is also about how mindful you are toward your body. Eating a commercial pre-packaged snack after a grueling play session is a short-sighted approach to health.

The Art of Sport Kitchen has researched, debated and created several recipes meant for after-play healthy snack - some of which we also offer over-the-counter.

Some of the snacks we make and serve are:

  • Oatmeal cookies
  • Whole-wheat almond cookies
  • Muffins
  • Energy bars
  • Fruit smoothies
  • Seasonal fruit ice-lollies
  • Chocolate milk (dairy/almond/soy)

At the sign-up stage, we engage with a parent in getting to know any allergies their girls have so we can create snacks accordingly.

Our eventual aim is to expand our repertoire of items and let The Art of Sport Kitchen live independently as a restaurant offering a healthy menu.
