Richard Paiva, the founder and lead coach, personally trains the girls through high intensity and fun football drills.


Nupur Dhingra Paiva, co-founder and Clinical Child Psychologist, oversees each girl’s emotional and mental development during the sessions and maintains a written profile on each girl to share with their parents.


Each session is approximately 1 hr 20 mins and has four parts:


  • Our interactive group introductions overseen by our Child Psychologist and Co-founder, Nupur Paiva. The aim is to get them to become familiar with each other as teammates.
  • Football drills  – not games. The drills aim to enhance their reflexes, agility, speed, core strength and attention and build a sense of togetherness. We are non-competitive with a team focus.
  • A group huddle to help girls express themselves, especially feelings of success or failure during the drill and come together as a team.
  • Snack time, with homemade cookies or fresh fruit and juices. Time to socialize.


The program is modeled keeping 12 girls in a group. This provides for the bespoke attention needed for each girl.
